Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to rentals for private guests and companies (e.g. contractors, business travelers).

2. Booking and contract:  A contract is concluded upon written or electronic confirmation.

3. Payment:  Payment terms are defined in the booking confirmation. A deposit may be required.

4. Check-in / Check-out: Check-in and check-out take place at agreed times. Access is contactless.

5. Use of the apartment: Only the booked number of guests allowed No subletting No parties or events

6. Cancellation Short stays (up to 27 days): up to 14 days before arrival: free 13–7 days: 50% 6 days or less / no-show: 100% Long stays (28+ days): up to 30 days before arrival: free afterwards: 50% Early departure: No refund for unused nights. We will attempt to re-rent the apartment. If successful, costs will be reduced accordingly.

7. Liability Guests are liable for damages. Host liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

8. House rules House rules must be followed.

9. Jurisdiction German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the host’s residence where permitted.
